Questions people ask first
Do my friends need an account?
Not to look. To join, they log in once with their e-mail and a 6-digit code – no password. Their name and their pick are visible to everyone on your page; their e-mail and phone number never are.
Who can see my calendar?
Only people you send a link to, and people who call your assistant’s number. Your calendar is never listed or searchable, and you can switch any link off at any time.
What happens when I decide between programmes?
Everyone who picked another option moves to the one you chose. They get a notification and can cancel with one tap.
What does the assistant tell callers?
What you have planned, which programmes are on offer and how many people are coming – and, when asked, the names of those already confirmed. What you are busy with stays private unless you allow it for that entry.
How does the wallet work?
You top up from ≈ CA$16 + VAT, and the whole amount goes into your wallet. Calls are charged by the second, at ≈ CA$0.33 + VAT a minute. With Premium (≈ CA$31 + VAT every 30 days), ≈ CA$24 goes into your wallet and a minute costs ≈ CA$0.28; with VIP (≈ CA$188 + VAT), the whole fee goes in and a minute costs ≈ CA$0.24. On pay as you go, if your assistant talks less than 30 minutes in 30 days, the number fee of ≈ CA$4.71 + VAT comes from your wallet. What you don’t use stays in your wallet.
