How the assistant works

Every salon gets its own phone number. You can forward your incoming calls to it, for example after the second ring, and clients can also call it directly.
Recognises your clients
If the caller is in your client book, it recognises their number, greets them by first name and sees their previous bookings. It asks whether they’d like the same service as last time, so booking is quicker.
Knows your business
It knows everything you’ve set up: your services and prices, your team, your opening hours and your free times.
Books into your calendar
It guides the caller through the booking, and once it’s booked, it adds the appointment to your calendar with the caller’s details.
Verified email address
It asks new clients for their email address and checks it with a code. It only saves their details once the check succeeds.
A transcript of every call
It emails you the full text of the conversation and saves it in the client’s record, under Phone calls.
