   The moment a user pays, it counts. If a payment is refunded later, it comes off your next cycle.

   Paid every 30 days against your invoice

   Your cycle locks after 30 days. You upload your invoice for the locked amount, and a new cycle starts.

Three worked examples of what you could earn over 24 months. Each one counts how many of the people you bring actually pay, how many stop each month, how many minutes their AI assistant talks on average, and what it costs to pay you.

Month by month

• Your commission doesn’t stop after month 24: for the users you have already brought, it runs until each one’s own 24 months are up.
• Only paying users bring commission. From the month after they join, paying users stop at the monthly rate shown and don’t come back. Upgrades between plans are not included.
• Payout costs are our estimate of the bank transfer and currency exchange fees on each payout, every 30 days. Your own bank may charge more or less.
• A month is one 30-day cycle. Minutes are worked out at each plan’s net per-minute rate (€0.21, €0.18, €0.15), without the 10 gift minutes.

Good to know

• Partners are sole traders or companies, because you invoice INNOCON LTD.
• Every billed minute counts, to the second. The free 90-second test call doesn’t.
• The 24 months run from each user’s sign-up. After that, the user stays in your list without minutes.
• Each user has one referrer: the code on their sign-up. You can’t refer yourself or an existing customer.
• You see a user number, the account type, the plan and the minutes. Never a name.
• Amounts are net, calculated in euros and shown in your currency at the daily ECB rate.
• The ECB doesn’t publish the Argentine and the Dominican peso: for these two we use a public daily exchange rate.
